Shipping Updates COVID-19

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 worldwide, airlines, postal services and customs worldwide have made adjustments to their operation, such as:

  • Reducing the number of flights (including those delivering packages)
  • Reducing the number of workers and introducing social distancing measures to reduce risk of infection

Therefore, you will most likely experience some shipping delays for your orders. 

Postal services are also suspended for some countries and regions. Please check with your local postal service or Singapore Post's COVID-19 Updates to see if you are affected.

For most countries, signature on delivery service is also being suspended. Packages will be left in your mailbox, door-step or any other suitable areas around your house. If the tracking for your order says "delivered" but nobody knocked on your door, please check your mailbox and any other possible areas for your package.

As the postal situation is changing rapidly everyday, do check your local postal service website or Singapore Post's COVID-19 Updates regularly for new updates.
