Hamster Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

This hamster crochet pattern is rather straightforward and only requires a few different materials and only uses a few basic crochet stitches. You should be able to complete this hamster easily as long as you are comfortable with frequent changing of yarn colors and handling of some small amigurumi parts.

This hamster plush will need the following materials to complete (based on fingering yarn):

• Beige yarn
• White yarn
• Safety Eyes 6mm x2 (use a bigger size if you are using a thicker yarn)
• Black embroidery thread
• Stuffing
• Crochet Hook 2.5mm (or a hook size suitable for your yarn)
• Felting needle + pink felting wool OR pink felt and glue
• Yarn needle

As a guide, using fingering yarn with a 2.5mm crochet hook with produce a hamster around 8cm/3in tall. You can use a thicker yarn and bigger hook to make a larger hamster and a thinner yarn and smaller hook to make a smaller one.
